History : Human Resources Management Program was started in the 2012-2013 academic year, with the aim of raising awareness in individuals of developing changes in the industry, while qualifying and equipping them with the necessary knowledge and business ethics to ensure sustainable development in their careers.
Qualification Awarded : Associate Degree in Human Resource Management.
Level of Qualification (Short Cycle , First Cycle , Second Cycle, Third Cycle) : Short Cycle
Specific Admission Requirements : It is necessary to have a high school and balanced school diploma and to get enough points from the related subject of Higher Education Entrance Examination (YGS) made by Center for Measurement, Selection and Placement.
Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal) : Students enrolled in the program can be exempted from the courses they have achieved in the higher education institutions they have already studied. Also; An exemption examination is opened at the beginning of each academic year for the foreign language course and the proposals of the relevant committees and courses approved by Senate. Students who score 65 or more on the exemption exam are exempt from these courses
Qualification Requirements and Regulations : The program requires that all students have to complete all the required courses with 120 ETCS and a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.00 on 4.00 scale at the time of graduation. All the students are required to do an internship within the required time (40 working days).

The students who successfully complete this programme may apply to first cycle programmes in accordence with the article numbered 24676 issued on 19. 02.2002.
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading : There is at least one midterm exam for each course. Students are assessed whether they are successful in the courses they take or not in two stages, one midterm and one final exam. Other than midterm exams, quizzes, projects and other activities that the instructor deems suitable can be done. The contribution of these activities to the number and grade of achievement is indicated in the course plan by the instructor. When passing grade is determined, midterm exam is 40% and final exam is 60% effective. All exams are evaluated over 100 points. In order for a student to be considered a successful dersten, he must obtain CC as a minimum grade. Students with a GANO score of at least 2.00 (DC) and (DD) are considered to be successful in grades. Students who do not have a failed course, but whose GANO is below 2.00, must first take the courses (DC) and (DD) to get their GANOs above 2.00 in order to graduate.

Facilities : Students may continue to their higher education in the faculty of Economics and Business Administration with departments of Labor economics and industrial relations, Business, Public administration and Political Science that are in Bachelor Degree by the External Transfer Exam.
