History : The program was established in 2014 and started its graduate education in 2014-2015 academic year.

Specific Admission Requirements : To register to graduate programs, candidates must have a bachelor's degree and take the score of not less than 55 points about the applied program in the Academic Postgraduate Education Entrance Exam (ALES). To be successful in the foreign language, candidates must take at least 40 points in the Public Personnel Foreign Language Proficiency Examination (YDS). Those who apply to programs for which preparatory class is required for graduate education and those who succeed in preparatory class in undergraduate education are not required. Entrance exams for the grade programs must be at least 65 points. Passing grade is the sum of the 50% of the ALES exam, 30% of the grade license score and 20% interview. Success scores of students who do not enter the interview are not calculated. Candidates whose achievement score is 65 or higher in the master's program are ranked according to their scores starting from the highest. Candidates in the quota receive a definitive registration for the programs they apply to. Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal) : If a student is enrolled in a postgraduate program at another university, then the courses taken at a graduate degree in the University will be counted as the minimum course load. To do this, they must submit the approved transcript and course content to the relevant unit within one week after the registration week with a petition.

The total ECTS credit of the program is 120. A student in the graduate program must write the results of the thesis in accordance with the thesis writing rules of the relevant institute and defend his thesis verbally in front of the jury.

To provide increasing individual level family and public factors and giving more in the first, second and third level qualified health service.
Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples : Graduates of the program can work at government or private companies in the field of health sector in the positions of public health nursing, director of nursing, education nursing, supervisor nursing, special branch nursing and academician.
Access to Further Studies : Graduates who successfully completed the Master's Degree (second cycle) may apply to doctorate (third cycle) programs in the same or in related disciplines. Candidates who have successfully completed postgraduate studies can study graduate (PhD) programs with obligated requirement score from the Academic Staff and Graduate Study Education Exam (ALES) and The Interuniversity Board Foreign Examination (YDS).
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading : Exams consist of midterms, final and makeup exams. In addition to these, quizzes, home works and projects that are determined by the faculty in the syllabus can also be involved in the evaluation criteria. The contribution of these activities to the number and grade of achievement is indicated in the course plan by the instructor. The exams can be written, oral, written, oral or practical. All exams are evaluated over 100 points. Success grade is converted to letter grade with relative evaluation. The success grade is calculated by taking the percentages of the midterm and the other activities determined by the instructor so that it does not fall below 50% of the contribution of the final exam. Letter grade limits are determined by the instructor. The student must receive at least CC letter grade in a course to be successful.

Facilities : School of Nursing is close to Celal Bayar University School of Physical Education and Sports and Rectorate Campus. School of Nursing provides education and training in the garden of Manisa State Hospital. The department of infrastructure and laboratory facilities is as follows: The department has 9 classrooms and projector is available in all classrooms. There are two skills lab for students' laboratory practices. In the skills labs, there are two item adult models, cardio-pulmonary resuscitation model which making the heart and breathing massage, model of anatomy, skeletal, the model of episiotomy, models of bimanual examination, newborn care and treatment models, models of birth, microscope, simulation model, blood pressure measuring instruments, degrees, scales, and so on. gadgets allowing basic nursing practices (Vascular access opening, making the injection, catheter and tube applications into body cavities etc.). There is a library, gym, conference hall, coffee shop and tennis tables in the cafe nursing students benefit.
