3- To be able to acquire theoretic and practical knowledge regarding fundamental principles and concepts of agriculture, agro-industries and resource economics.
4- To be able to acquire fundamental concepts and methods of agricultural business management and organization and apply them to agricultural enterprises.
5- To be able to effectively communicate with farmers and transfer innovations to them.
6- To be able to interpret local and global policies regarding sustainable use of nature.
7- To be able to efficiently produce vegetable and animal products and become knowledgeable in the field.
8- To be able to acquire skills of assessment of agricultural products by evaluating fundamental indicators regarding agricultural economics.
9- To be able to comprehend fundamental discussions in agriculture and food policies, analyze agricultural policies of Turkey and EU.
10- To be able to acquire literature review skills to prepare scientific research in the field and access information by using contemporary technologies (i.e. libraries, online databases, social networks, etc.).
11- To be able to comprehend the significance of agricultural cooperatives and acquire creative idea development skills to employ agricultural cooperatives in local and national development.
12- To be able to comprehend fundamental principals regarding processing of agricultural products.
13- To be able to acquire fundamental knowledge regarding information technologies and use office programs.
