Upon successful completion of this programme, the enrolled students will be gaining the following knowledge, skills and competences ;
1- To be able to have general knowledge about grape vine morphology, anatomy and physiology
2- To be able to assimilate the knowledge and skills of production of vegetative propagation material in viticulture
3- To be able to have the knowledge and skills about pruning and training in addition to the ability to make ecological and economic analyzes for the vineyard plant
4- To be able to have the knowledge and skills to handle harvest products (table, dried, wine, vinegar, brine, molasses) in accordance with standards
5- To be able to adapt the basic cultivation knowledge to new developments and practices in the field of viticulture and to have the capacity to evaluate independently / as a team
6- To be able to lead people under his responsibility as a trained professional and to have a positive attitude for management and continuous growth
7- To be able to behave sensitively towards environmental issues at national and global levels and to be able to interpret solution-oriented information
8- To be able to have awareness of social, cultural and professional ethics responsibility
9- To be able to have the ability to produce projects and to have the qualification og entrepreneurship in the field of viticulture
10- To be able to have sufficient awareness on social justice, quality, cultural values, occupational health and safety issues
11- To be able to become an individual who has assimilated Atatürk's principles and revolutions
12- To be able to have the ability to use oral and written Turkish in daily life and professional field
13- To be able to have knowledge about how to combat plant diseases, insect, mite or nematode pests or weeds that cause economical losses in Viticulture.
