To be able to comprehend the importance of ecological conditions for the cultivation of medicinal and aromatic plants and to be knowledge about soil-nutrient elements and plant relationships; to be able to have knowledge about such issues as the recognition of plants which are of medicinal and economical value, cultural operations, harvesting and plant protection; to be able to apply methods of combating pests and diseases

To be able to have knowledge about morphological, anatomical, cytological, physiological and biochemical structure of plants; to be able to understand the mechanism of action of phytochemicals and to implement drug preparation techniques in laboratory environment.

To be able to behave sensitively towards environmental issues at national and global levels and to be able to interpret solution-oriented information; to be able to be an environmentally conscious and entrepreneurial individual

To be able to evaluate and implement new developments and applications in the cultivation of medicinal and aromatic plants independently / as a team; to be able to have knowledge about pleasure and stimulating plants, to recognize the plants used as spices and in cosmetics and perfumery; to be able to have knowledge about natural plants used in food, cosmetics and fiber dying
