To be able to apply of theoretical and practical knowledge about math, science and engineering, which is obtained during bachelor’s degree education, for the solution of problems in food engineering field

To be able to know system or process analysis and design to fulfill specific requirements

To be able to know global techniques/methods necessary for scientific research related to food engineering and have knowledge about modern applications

To be able to design and carry out of experiments, data collection and evaluation, analysis of results, written or oral announcement of progression and results of the research nationally and internationally

To be able to being leadership in interdisciplinary groups and development of strategic solutions approach by taking required responsibility in complicated cases

To be able to write and oral communication at least in one foreign language; ability and knowledge of use of foreign articles for research and assignments

To be able to have original procedures and ideas development in food engineering and development of innovative solutions in system and process designs
